Everything you need to know about how your CarpetCrafted rug is packed, dispatched, and delivered safely to your home.
Free Shipping - Always
We offer free standard shipping on every order across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
We dispatch two types of rugs: in-stock rugs that ship within 1–2 business days, and made-to-order rugs that are crafted after your order is placed. Please refer to the product page or the table below to understand which category your selected rug falls under.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
How We Pack Your Rug
Every CarpetCrafted rug is individually packed using a method designed to protect the pile and prevent creasing during transit:
- The rug is rolled (never folded) around a rigid cardboard tube to preserve pile direction
- Rolled rug is wrapped in protective plastic film to shield against moisture
- Placed inside a thick corrugated outer box with foam corner protectors
- Each box is sealed with tamper-evident tape and labelled "Fragile — Do Not Fold"
For large rugs (9'x12' and above), we use reinforced double-walled cartons with additional edge protection.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Order Status page using the link in your confirmation email.
We ship via trusted logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees, depending on your pincode and the size of the shipment.
Delivery Attempt Policy
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery 3 times on consecutive business days. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (for example, if no one is available to receive the parcel), the shipment will be held at the nearest hub for 5 business days before being returned to us.
- If you need to reschedule delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch at no extra charge
Damaged on Arrival
We pack every rug with great care, but in rare cases transit damage can occur. If your rug arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for the claim
- Take clear photos of the outer box damage and the rug damage before unrolling
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@carpetcrafted.in or on WhatsApp
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping for select countries is being introduced in 2026. If you are based outside India and wish to order, please contact us and we will try to arrange a quote.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000 at select pincodes. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. For orders above ₹15,000, we accept all major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
