Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders.

  • Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping

  • International orders are welcome.

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

  • Estimated delivery time for international orders is 6–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note that international deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within standard business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Returns (India Only)

  • We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy for purchases made within India.

  • The return window begins from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are crafted specifically based on individual preferences.

International Orders

  • Returns are currently not accepted for international orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

Product Variations & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

  • Each rug is handcrafted with care, and as a result, slight variations in size, design, weave, and pattern may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

  • Actual colors may vary subtly due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.

  • The rug’s appearance may evolve based on placement, surrounding décor, and viewing perspective, adding visual depth and charm over time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
